We’re passionate about helping you grow.

Our Why

Alia Rehana-student advocate and founder of Bloom Boldly-has worked in K-12, college classrooms, and with students and families privately, and sees the incredible transformation in young people when we focus on both self-development and skill-development.

Meet ALIA REHANA

Alia is a seasoned educator, college instructor, and executive-function coach with a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University. Titles aside— what really drives her is the joy of watching students step into their confidence. Working with students one-on-one and in college classrooms, Alia blends deep empathy with high expectations—creating space for students to work through patterns like procrastination and perfectionism, while building the emotional resilience to succeed.

Alia partners closely with families to support all students including those with unique learning needs such as ADD/ADHD, ASD, and dyslexia. With Alia, students get both accountability and heart. She makes sure the work gets done—helping students feel seen while keeping things structured, steady, and just the right amount of fun. Alia is committed to helping students build the confidence and skills they need to succeed, not just academically, but in life. Driven by health challenges she overcame in college, she learned how much mindset impacted her academic success. Alia has a deep purpose and calling for this work.

Alia loves what she does — and it shows. Her work is all about making a real difference — one student, one story at a time.
